Description
The myPerformance for Associates learning bundle contains five online modules that provide in-depth knowledge of the myPerformance approach, highlights the importance of coaching and feedback and a growth mindset, shares the three different performance conversations you may experience, and an overview of the elements of performance and actions you should take during the performance cycle. Each module takes 10-15 minutes to complete. Associates are provided access to a downloadable Participant Guide that contains reference materials, tips and other resources from all five modules (associates only need to download the Participant Guide once and are encouraged to save it or print it for future use). It is recommended that associates consume the modules in short “sittings” (outlined in the Participant Guide welcome statement) to ensure the best learner experience and ensure retention.
