Objectives
- Role Expectations • Assist with discharges including admitted patients • Setting up EMS patients in rooms • Oversight of boarder staff/patients • Med Checks (based on guidelines) • Bringing patients back from triage to rooms • Assist with high acuity patients • Taking low acuity patients • Setting up psych patients (scrubs, belongings) • Check in with charge/triage at start of shift • Help address patient complaints/issues • Assist in answering call bells
