  • • Describe treatments, interventions, and plan of care for pregnant patients with severe hypertension, preeclampsia, and eclampsia
  • • Explain stage based actions related to maternal hemorrhages
  • • Identify associate roles in dealing with maternal hemorrhages
  • • Provide role-specific education for providers, midwives, and nursing staff who care for pregnant or postpartum patients
  • • Review the MedStar Health Clinical Practice Guideline for the Management of Obstetrical Hemorrhage
