About this Course: The purpose of the course is to help nurses transition into their new role as a charge nurse. In this workshop, the new charge nurse will learn the responsibilities of the role, different leadership styles, how to manage conflict and become a frontline leader to support, mentor, guide, and evaluate patient care team members in providing safe, effective, and efficient care ( Swihart & Gantt, 2015).
