Objectives
- At the conclusion of this course the learner will be able to:
- Demonstrate the proper technique for using equipment that is designed to clean hard floor surfaces and carpeted floors.
- Discuss products used in hard floor surface and carpeted floor cleaning, there uses, and safety precautions for each.
- Discuss the procedures for cleaning general (public) and professional (private) areas at MedStar Health facilities.
- Discuss the techniques used for preventative maintenance on the equipment used for floor care activities.
