This course aims to explain and provide the necessary tools and resources to communicate requests for goods and/or services through the Procure to Pay Process.  Including but not limited to are:

• Hours of operation
• Expedited Rush Request
• After hours Patient impacted Emergencies
• Desktop Receiving
• Returns
