- Demonstrate leadership skills during the stressful environment of a patient emergency situation.
- Communicate effectively with personnel to ensure optimal patient management.
- Demonstrate triage skills during high workload and numerous concurrent consults.
- Recognize the utility of rapid response team with staff unavailability and shortage.
