About this Course: OR Coach Class equips the surgical team in the Operating Room (OR) with the tools and knowledge that they need to successfully onboard newly hired surgical team members in the Operating Room. The OR Staff will learn about the roles and responsibilities of acclimating novice perioperative nurses/surgical techs/students to the OR. The in-person Coach Class reviews the following information to assist the preceptor with facilitating the onboarding process while maintaining patient safety.
