This course is intended for those associates that plan to facilitate tabletop scenarios related to Verbal De-ecalation using RAP (Recognize, Accept, Plan) in the OB units. The course is part of the MedStar initiative to decrease workplace violence. It includes a document that you may download and save and/or print out. It includes how to run a tabletop simulation, multiple area specific scenarios to choose from, learner action checklists, debriefing, and evaluation information.
