MedStar Health new associate orientation, part 1: In this 1 hour, on-demand module for new associates, participants will learn about MedStar Health’s mission, vision, values, brand promise, and how to create a positive experience for our patients and communities, as well as the principles of a high-reliability organization.

 

MedStar Health new associate orientation, part 2: In this 1 hour, on-demand module for new associates, participants will learn about MedStar Health’s software and systems, policies and procedures, personal and professional development opportunities, and benefit eligibility and options.

 

MedStar Washington Hospital Center new associate orientation: In this thirty minute, on-demand module for new associates, participants will be introduced to MedStar Washington Hospital Center, featuring information about our hospital’s mission and history, a welcome from the President and members of the MedStar Washington leadership team, and an overview of the guiding philosophy. Additionally, MedStar Washington Hospital Center’s new associates will learn about communication and emergency preparedness resources.
