MedStar Health new associate orientation, part 1: In this 1 hour, on-demand module for new associates, participants will learn about MedStar Health’s mission, vision, values, brand promise, and how to create a positive experience for our patients and communities, as well as the principles of a high-reliability organization.

MedStar Health new associate orientation, part 2: In this 1 hour, on-demand module for new associates, participants will learn about MedStar Health’s software and systems, policies and procedures, personal and professional development opportunities, and benefit eligibility and options.

MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital new associate orientation: In this 30 minute, on-demand module for new associates, participants will be introduced to MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital and leadership team.  

Additionally, MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital new associates will learn about patient experience, The Joint Commission, environment of care, and associate communications.
