• Provide guidance on Massive PE diagnostic criteria, fibrinolysis, hemodynamic support, and respiratory support for patients in the emergency department.
• Recognize the roles and responsibilities of healthcare providers who manage Massive PE patients in the emergency department.
• Review best practices and guidelines to develop strategies and apply these in current professional practice.
• Collaborate and learn with individuals/teams from other professions to improve patient outcomes.
• Integrate a team-based approach in the care of patients with Massive PE.
