This Internet enduring material will provide a comprehensive, multidisciplinary overview of the transplant process. It will begin with a review of the approach to transplant evaluation and listing , then this will be followed by a review of nursing care. A discussion of transplant surgery will follow this, as well as a review of post-operative surgical care, post-operative nursing care, and long term post-transplant management.
