The Open Batch module is a refresher module designed to show users how to avoid the Open Batch Report. 

Note: This is mandatory module for staff members who failed to close 5 or more batches with a status of hold, in use or a zero batch in a 30-day timeframe. Failure to successfully complete and pass this module will result in temporary removal of the checkout button.
