The myPerformance for Leaders – learning bundle contains five online modules that provide more in-depth knowledge of the myPerformance approach, highlights the importance of coaching and feedback, the three different performance conversations you may have, an overview of the elements of performance and actions you should take during the performance cycle. Each module takes 10-15 minutes to complete. Leaders are provided access to a downloadable Participant Guide that contains reference materials, tips and other resources from all five modules (leaders only need to download the Participant Guide once and are encouraged to save it or print it for future use). It is recommended that leaders consume the modules in short “sittings” to ensure the best learner experience and ensure retention.
