This pre-recorded course will highlight core elements of MedStar Health's performance management approach, define the leader and associate roles in the performance management process and help leaders effectively leverage functionality of the mySuccess portal. This is the first of three sessions directed toward fostering renewed energy around coaching, feedback, development and overall performance management.

This course offers Continuing Professional Education credits. To claim the credits, the course must be completed prior to August 21, 2025.
