The Decontamination Principles and Practices for First Receivers program is sponsored by the DC Hospital Association (DCHA) and the DC Health and Medical Coalition. This program contains 11 modules, which cover a variety of critical decontamination information, tools, and resources, including hazmat planning and response, identification tools, personal protective equipment, decontamination process, managing patients, and event recovery. This program is intended for MedStar Health hospital associates who typically perform duties as first receivers during an emergency event or incident response.
