- Discuss patient satisfaction scoring of the HCAHPS method
- Discuss the actions that apply to prevention signs that can be posted outside of a patient room
- Discuss workflow tools that are used in the inpatient setting
- Review the room cleaning process used for a discharge inpatient room
- Review the room cleaning process used for inpatient room cleaning
