MedStar Health new associate orientation: In this 2 hour on demand module for new associates, participants will learn about MedStar Health’s mission, vision, values, brand promise, and how to create a positive experience for our patients, communities and the principles of a high-reliability organization. Additionally, MedStar Health’s new associates will learn policies and procedures, personal and professional development opportunities, and benefit eligibility and options.
