MedStar Health new associate orientation, part 1: In this 1 hour, on-demand module for new associates, participants will learn about MedStar Health’s mission, vision, values, brand promise, and how to create a positive experience for our patients and communities, as well as the principles of a high-reliability organization.

MedStar Health new associate orientation, part 2: In this 1 hour, on-demand module for new associates, participants will learn about MedStar Health’s software and systems, policies and procedures, personal and professional development opportunities, and benefit eligibility and options.

MedStar Ambulatory Services new associate orientation: In this 1 hour, on-demand module for new associates, participants will be introduced to MedStar Ambulatory Service (MAS), featuring a welcome from the President and members of the MAS leadership team, an overview of the culture of engagement, and the importance of continuous improvement.  Additionally, MedStar Ambulatory Service’s new associates will learn about the MedStar Ambulatory Services’ vision, their role in supporting that vision, and why it’s great to be part of MedStar Health.
