This prework provides learners with a review of emergency preparedness, including emergency contact information, fire evacuation plans and smoke compartments, fire safety using RACE and PASS, use of the Evacusled, safe patient handling using mobile and ceiling lift equipment, initiation of Code Blue Adult and pediatric, CPR fundamentals, and safe restraint application. This content is intended as prework for all learners attending the live MGUH Nurse Hot Topics 2025 classes.
