Wound images and automatic measurements will be captured using Forcura Mobile. Clinicians will be able to create a case that attaches the Forcura wound photo into PointCare under the attachment section of the chart. Wound assessments will be documented in PointCare using the Integumentary and ICC sections. Wound measurements will be entered into the ICC section of PointCare using the length and width calculations from Forcura. Depth, undermining, and tunnelling measurements will be obtained manually.
