The training has been prepared as a part of Bluestream Health Care Navigator (upgraded version of the current Video Visit platform) initiative. Starting April 2023, Video Visit users will interact with unique interface views, which provide users with additional situational awareness throughout their Video Visit journey. The training will highlight areas of upcoming changes to streamline the platform transition.
