Overview of myPerformance show details
In this 20-minute online module for leaders and associates, participants will learn MedStar Health’s purpose and philosophy of performance management and will be introduced to the performance management approach. Participants will learn the expectations of performance including individual impact goals, SPIRIT Values, job responsibilities and leadership competencies. Participants will learn how to use the SMART method to write effective individual impact goals aligned with MedStar Health’s systemwide objectives. Additionally, participants will learn about the active role of associates and leaders during the Q2 and Q4 performance check-ins and the year-end evaluation, meaningful dialogue about performance and development, and rating labels for Q2 and Q4, as well as year-end evaluation.
