This course provides a brief overview of the basics of the homecare mobile device such as apps, email, voicemail, and password setup. The PointCare overview will also focus on the aspects of the PointCare software (our electronic medical record application) such as menu options, rolling calendar, and addressing visits. It will also introduce you to documentation within PointCare.
