This presentation addresses how to perform as an effective team leader. The components include being prepared for the unknown, interacting with the team, ensuring tasks are being carried out, and the importance of early determination of the etiology of the arrest. This module is intended to enhance the current advanced life support (ALS) team lead training by focusing on vital components of the team lead role.
